I'm Rosie, a proud Colombian 🇨🇴 and a grateful U.S. resident 🇺🇸 living in Dallas, TX. If you've landed on this page, chances are you want to know a little bit more about me. So, here's a 'short' story of my career journey from the start-ish... Back in the day, I was a shy little girl 🙇🏻‍♀️ who was fascinated by outgoing people. With eagerness, I would observe and listen intently 👀 hoping to uncover the secret to their vibrant nature and—sadly—be more like them. Luckily, along the way, I realized that embracing my own quirks was beautiful 🌸 and I learned to be happier and more compassionate towards myself. In this cathartic process, I started developing an ability to pick up on people's subtleties and nuances 🧐 understanding what bugs them and what makes them thrive. Motivated by the intersectionality of people and creativity, I pursued a degree in Industrial Design 🤩 embracing a range of experiences, like conducting user research, studying ergonomics, and the design and prototyping of products 🛠 Since then, my career has focused on understanding people and their complexities and using design to enrich their lives from various angles. 🥷🏻 Fast forward to the present, I'm working as a Senior Visual Designer at Razorfish 🐠 part of the renowned Publicis Groupe. At this role, I have had the opportunity of collaborating with exceptionally talented and inspiring human beings for a wide range of clients, spanning from the captivating world of Disney 🦄 to the cutting-edge realm of Pfizer 🧬 and everything in between. Guided by a keen sense of observation, curiosity, and empathy, my ultimate goal has been to create meaningful digital experiences that resonate with people while exceeding our clients' business goals ❤️‍🔥 For more details into my scenic journey, scroll down a bit to download my resume or get in contact.
